Blagoveshchensk. December 15th. INTERFAX-FAR EAST - The crews of the Su-25 "Grach" attack aircraft of the Eastern Military District worked out the defeat of ground targets with unguided missiles at the Mukhor-Kanduy training ground in the Trans-Baikal Territory, the press service of the district reported on Wednesday.
"The pilots carried out practical launches of unguided missile weapons, as well as firing from aircraft guns at targets denoting equipment, shelters and other objects of the conditional enemy. The combat use was carried out from low and medium altitudes," the report says.
The officers also worked out elements of air combat, improved the skills of controlling aviation equipment in difficult weather conditions and simulated, conditional emergency situations. The pilots acted both singly and as part of combat pairs.
