TSAMTO, December 13. Large-scale work on the effective organization of workplaces is being carried out at KnAAZ. Its significant component is the automation of inventory and accounting of tools and technical equipment (SRT).
At the household level, we have been using the barcoding system for a long time - you just have to go to the store. But in industrial enterprises, this system takes the first steps. The Sukhoi company is one of the first large companies to introduce it into production.
Now KnAAZ uses several information systems. Unfortunately, they do not fully automate the processes of acceptance, issuance, and control over the movement of the tool. A significant amount of work is done manually on paper, so errors inevitably occur.
The Spectrum barcoding system, which is being implemented at KnAAZ, allows to convert the instrument accounting system completely into electronic form.
In the summer of 2021, a team was created as part of the Production System Development Department (URPS), which began marking the tool, first in the pilot workshop – the workshop for the manufacture of aluminum alloy parts No. 50. Due to this, all the movement of the instrument - issuance, write-off, refund - can be seen in the system using special electronic cards, data collection terminals.
The positive results of automation are already visible – transparency of accounting, saving time, getting rid of routine paperwork, reducing costs through effective planning of the use and purchase of tools.
