TSAMTO, December 3. About one hundred units of the VVST received formations and military units of the Central Military District stationed in the Samara, Saratov, Novosibirsk regions, as well as in Udmurtia and the Republic of Tajikistan, in November of this year.
This was announced by the commander of the Central Military District, Colonel-General Alexander Lapin.
"In November, the military district received ninety-two units of weapons and military equipment of various nomenclature. The troops have been supplied with robotic complexes "Uran-6", radar stations "Sky", satellite communication systems and modern command and staff vehicles. The Russian military base has received the Aistenok shooting intelligence and control complex–" Lapin said.
Also in November, the armament park of formations and military units of the military district was replenished with complexes of the RCB protection troops, airfield, engineering, medical support and fuel service, the press service of the Central Military District reports.
The Central Military District is stationed on the territory of three federal districts and 29 subjects of the Russian Federation. The district structurally includes a number of foreign facilities: the 201st military base on the territory of Tajikistan, the joint military base in Kyrgyzstan, as well as units on the territory of Kazakhstan.
