TSAMTO, November 9th. During the development of the Yars PGRK, fundamentally new models of weapons, military and special equipment were created, significantly increasing the capabilities of the missile complex.
In particular, to ensure the safety of the PGRK on the routes of the movement of rocket technology, the newest remote demining machine "Foliage" is used. It is designed to search for and neutralize explosive devices.
Conducting engineering reconnaissance of combat patrol routes and field positions, including assessing the bearing capacity of their soil bases, checking the dimensions of the patency of routes and sites, and, if necessary, their restoration is provided by the MIOM engineering support and masking machine.
The re-equipped formations also receive Typhoon-M combat anti-sabotage vehicles designed to increase the protection and defense of missile systems, conduct reconnaissance and combat sabotage and reconnaissance formations. The uniqueness of BPDM lies in equipping them with a complex of unmanned aerial vehicles.
If we talk about the unique samples of special equipment of the RCBZ, then the missile units being re-equipped at the Yars PGRC have already received universal UTM-80M thermal machines designed for complete special processing of autonomous launchers of strategic missile complexes Yars.
Along with this, the systems of means of protection, communication and data transmission are being improved, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
