"The aviation units of the association of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Southern Military District stationed on the Crimean Peninsula are 100% equipped with modern types of tactical aircraft and army aviation helicopters," the newspaper quotes Dvornikov as saying.
He stressed that the rearmament of troops is one of the priorities, "given the difficult military-political situation in the area of responsibility of the Southern Military District."
