TSAMTO, October 25. The Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center (part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation) has started implementing activities within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity".
Zvezdochka is the first enterprise in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair in the Arkhangelsk region, which became a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity".
The shipyard hosted a meeting of the company's management with experts from the Federal Competence Center - operators of the national project. Priority measures were discussed in the following areas: optimization of production processes and minimization of costs, reduction of production costs and labor productivity growth.
Experts will take part in the implementation of the planned activities. The pilot site was the workshop 9 – pipe fitting. The first result of the cooperation of the formed working group should be an algorithm that optimizes all the components of production at one of the sites. Then this practice will be extended to all sections of Shop 9 and, subsequently, to other workshops and services of the shipyard.
