MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. The General Director of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin showed a video of patrolling the territory of the Vostochny cosmodrome by the Marker robot.
"The Marker robot has taken up combat duty. Vostochny Cosmodrome," Rogozin wrote in his Telegram channel.
Earlier, the general director of Roscosmos said that the robotic platform in the security version began patrolling the cosmodrome. According to him, now it works both in radio-controlled and offline modes. The robot can detect and intercept violators, as well as counter terrorist attacks and fight drones.
The robotic platform "Marker" is a joint project of the National Center for the Development of Technologies and Basic Elements of Robotics FPI and the NGO "Android Technology" (developer of the anthropomorphic robot "Fedor").
