On October 12, 2021, Vostochnaya Shipyard began towing a light-heavy metal berth of the PM-61M1 project to its base point in Kamchatka. The operation is scheduled to be completed in 10 days. It took 6 months to build the order, the acceptance certificate was signed on October 7, 2021," the message says.
The berth provides simultaneous parking of two submarines or two surface ships with a displacement of no more than 5 thousand tons, the supply of water and electricity from the shore to the ships, telephone communication of ships with the shore, the production of loading and unloading operations along the entire length of the berth using pneumatic wheeled and tracked cranes.
In addition to the floating berth, this year the company handed over to customers two border patrol ships "nAkhodka" and "Nevelsk" of project 10410 "Firefly", the first Far Eastern crab ship "Okhotsk" of project 03141, launched the second crab ship "aYan" of a similar project. Also this year it is planned to complete the construction of the small marine tanker "Mikhail Barskov" project 03182.
