Tests of rocket engines of the Voronezh Design Bureau (KB) "Himavtomatiki" will be suspended until the end of October 2021. This was announced by the head of ROSCOSMOS Dmitry Rogozin on Twitter .
"Taking into account the growing demand for medical oxygen for the treatment of patients, today we decided to suspend firing tests of rocket engines at the stands of the Voronezh Chemical Automatics Design Bureau until the end of the month," Rogozin explained. He added that this company alone transmits up to 33 tons of oxygen to medical institutions every day.
Earlier in October, it became known that the launch of the first Russian lunar mission "Luna-25" was postponed to 2022. According to representatives of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the postponement of the date is due to a lack of time to prepare elements of the program.
