"During a planned exercise in the Sea of Japan, the crew of the corvette "Loud" successfully conducted rocket and artillery firing at an aerial target. All systems and the ship's anti-aircraft missile system have worked out in normal mode," the report says.
The Malachite cruise missile target was hit by missiles from the Redut anti-aircraft missile system and fire from the A-190 100-mm naval artillery installation. Visual control over the performance of the combat exercise was provided by unmanned aerial vehicles of the naval aviation of the fleet.
The press service said that according to the plan of the exercises, the corvette engaged in a naval battle with the ship of a conditional enemy.
