SEVASTOPOL, October 4. /TASS/. The inspection of the forces of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) began following the results of the summer training period, the press service of the Black Sea Fleet said on Monday.
"In the formations and military units of the Black Sea Fleet stationed on the territory of the Crimean Peninsula and the Krasnodar Territory, a control check for the summer training period has begun," the fleet reported.
It is specified that during the inspection, which takes place under the leadership of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Igor Osipov, they will assess the quality of the organization of combat training and the coherence of the work of the fleet units, the state of weapons and military equipment, military discipline and law and order.
The servicemen will be involved in bilateral tactical exercises, in which the unit commanders will demonstrate their independence in solving the general plan of the battle, the ability to make non-standard and unexpected decisions for the enemy, allowing them to seize and retain the initiative in battle.
By order of the Commander of the Southern Military District, Army General Alexander Dvornikov, in a single tactical plan for the control check, battalion tactical groups will conduct exercises together with the crews of ships and squadrons of operational tactical, naval and army aviation. Ship groups, units of the ground forces, aviation and air defense will work out tasks both in the offensive and in defense.
It is added that the control check of the Black Sea Fleet forces for the summer period is carried out according to the approved training plan for 2021.
