The NATO ships and planes that were closely watching the Russian submarines lost them again.
The NATO military, which began tracking three Russian diesel-electric submarines in the western part of the Mediterranean Sea, again failed to cope with its task of establishing the current position of Russian submarines.
According to sources, which, by the way, is confirmed by the increased activity of NATO patrol aircraft, two Russian submarines of the Varshavyanka project unexpectedly went deep and contact with them was completely lost.
It is known that the tracking of Russian submarines was carried out not only by NATO aircraft, but also by warships with special equipment, however, even special buoys placed throughout the Mediterranean Sea could not establish the current location of Russian submarines, since the latter literally disappeared, simply going to depth.
Avia portal. The missile defense agency reported that at least two Russian submarines are heading to the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea, and another one is moving towards the Suez Canal for further passage to the Indian Ocean. Judging by the situation that has developed this time, the North Atlantic Alliance cannot control Russian submarines.
