MOSCOW, 2 Sep-RIA Novosti. The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a claim of the Russian Ministry of Defense, in which it demands to recover more than 10.7 billion rubles from the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), it follows from the information in the file of arbitration cases.
The claim was submitted to the court on September 1, it has not yet been accepted for production, the grounds for the claims and other details of the dispute are not specified in the court materials at the moment.
UAC, established in 2006, unites the leading Russian design bureaus and aircraft factories in the Russian Federation. At the end of 2018, 92.31% of UAC shares were transferred to Rostec. Another shareholder of UAC is VEB (4.5%). Individuals own 3.2% of the corporation.
