The first pictures of abandoned American planes that were inherited by representatives of the "Taliban" (the movement is prohibited in Russia) have appeared. Business Insider published on Tuesday, August 31, photos of cargo planes of the Afghan Air Force at the Kabul airport.
In the photos, members of the Taliban movement pose in the cockpit of American-made aircraft belonging to the Afghan Air Force. Judging by the pictures, the Taliban got a Lockheed C-130H military transport aircraft.
The condition of the aircraft is unknown, but, according to the commander of the US Central Command, General Kenneth Mackenzie, the equipment left at the airport was deliberately damaged. So, the military disabled 70 vehicles with mine protection (MRAP), 27 Humvee cars and 73 aircraft. General Mackenzie stressed that this technique is no longer capable of performing tasks.
In June, the US Army published a video showing the" strike " of a PrSM missile on a Russian cruiser and the S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile system. In the mounted video, the launchers are delivered to the launch site by C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft.
