Manned aircraft in any of its versions, whether it is stealth aircraft or conventional ones, such as F-15, F-16, all of them are perfectly observed by our locators, our anti-aircraft systems provide confident protection against them, " the specialist said.
According to him, "despite a slight decrease in the detection zones of the F-22 and F-35, the radars of our modern complexes are effectively working on them."
The General Designer added that the meaning of stealth technologies is "to reduce the detection zones of these aircraft and, accordingly, the zones of their destruction in the conditions of interference." The Deputy General Director noted that " the reduction of potential damage zones is compensated by an increase in the energy potential and noise immunity of our modern complexes."
In December 2020, the company "RTI" reported that over the past 12 months, the means of the over-the-horizon detection radar station "Container", located in Mordovia,"flights of inconspicuous fighters of NATO countries" were detected.
