As part of the demonstration program, an artillery crew was landed. One fighter on the Tandem-400 system delivered an 82-mm mortar to the destination, the other on a similar parachute-a gunner
MOSCOW, August 2. /TASS/. Technodinamika Holding (part of the Rostec state Corporation) presented the latest parachute for the Tandem-400 artillery calculation, a parachute for high-altitude landing "Dalnolet" and a system for landing armored vehicles "Typhoon-airborne" at the Bottom of the Airborne Troops of Russia in Alabin near Moscow. This was reported to TASS by the press service of Technodinamika.
"As part of the demonstration program, an artillery crew was also landed. One fighter on the Tandem-400 parachute system with a universal cargo harness delivered an 82-mm mortar to the destination, the other on a similar parachute-a gunner. The "Rangefinder" system, shown at the bottom of the airborne forces, is also designed for high-altitude landing. It allows you to make jumps at a distance of up to 60 km from the point of leaving the aircraft with a fair wind, which makes it possible to perform the most difficult tasks, including behind enemy lines, " the holding company informed.
During the holiday, the "Cadet-100" parachute with a round dome, which is currently undergoing testing, and "Cadet-100D", which is being prepared for testing, as well as a line of special-purpose parachute systems for high-altitude landing, a parachute harness that allows landing service dogs, an electronic parachute safety device and a safety system were also presented.
During the holiday, for the first time, the system developed within the framework of the "Parachute"ROC was demonstrated to the public. "The unified platform is capable of delivering equipment weighing up to 18 tons to its destination, for example, the Typhoon-AIRBORNE armored car, which was presented at the exhibition together with the parachute system. Preliminary tests of its prototypes, including joint flight experiments, are planned to be completed in December 2021, " the holding informed. During the holiday, the cargo controlled parachute system "Horizontal-4000"was also presented. "It has a load capacity of up to 4 tons and is currently undergoing preliminary tests, "Technodinamika noted.
The automated parachute cargo delivery system, which showed itself positively during the tests, also became a notable exhibit. "It consists of a parachute system itself, which includes a brake parachute and a controlled wing-type dome, as well as a cargo platform and an automatic control system that allows for several modes of operation. The first of them is automatic using GLONASS/GPS signals. In this case, the reduction of the landing cargo is completely controllable, and the accuracy of guidance and landing at a given point is 100 m, " Technodinamika informed.
