The Pentagon will massively write off defective ships of the US Navy (Navy). This is reported by RIA Novosti .

Among them, in particular, are three littoral combat ships of the Freedom type: Fort Worth, Detroit and Little Rock. The Pentagon will also write off the LCS Coronado ships and the Ticonderoga-class cruisers.
The reasons for the write — off of ships are malfunctions that occurred at different times. So, the engines of the LCS Detroit ships could suddenly stall.
