The Russian T-14 Armata tank is terrible for the enemy, but it has one giant problem, writes the American publication 19FortyFive.
The publication claims that the new combat vehicle was created almost from scratch, and was not based on"past developments of Soviet times". In particular, the T-14 Armata received an uninhabited combat module, a 125-mm 2A82-1M smoothbore cannon, the latest active protection system and laser-guided ammunition.
The publication calls the main problem of the Russian tank the lack of its mass production, which, in turn, is due to a lack of funding. So, the magazine is not sure that Russia will be able to annually produce one hundred T-14 Armata.
In June, the Defense Express agency wrote that according to its characteristics, the secret Ukrainian tank "Nota", if it existed in reality, would be superior to the Russian T-14 "Armata".
In May, the American magazine The National Interest named four of the most powerful tanks in the world: the German Leopard 2 A7+, the American M1 Abrams, the South Korean K2 Black Panther and the Russian T-14 Armata.
In March, the same publication wrote that the Victory parade in Moscow will be represented by the most deadly weapons of Russia T-14 "Armata", a fighter of the fifth generation su-57, anti-aircraft missile system s-400 "Triumph", hypersonic aircraft missile system 9-A-7660 "Dagger" and the T-90M.
