Sevastopol. June 21. INTERFAX-The crews of aircraft and helicopters from the naval aviation and air defense of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) conducted a tactical flight exercise with the implementation of bomb attacks on land and sea targets, the Black Sea Fleet reported.
"During the first stage of the LTU, the Su-24MR crews worked out the tasks of conducting reconnaissance and transmitting data on the location of the imaginary enemy. To destroy coastal targets, Su-30SM multi-purpose fighters were used, as well as Su-24M front-line bombers from a separate marine assault aviation regiment. The crews carried out training bomb attacks on the location of the simulated enemy, using aircraft bombs of the OFAB type, " the fleet said in a statement.
It is noted that the targets were located in the area of the mountain "Konchekskaya" at the interspecific range "Opuk" in the Crimea.
"The planes and helicopters of a separate mixed aviation regiment worked out the tasks of searching for and destroying submarines of the imaginary enemy. The crews of the Ka-27PL anti-submarine helicopters first discovered, and then the Be-12 amphibious aircraft conditionally destroyed the sea targets with precise bomb attacks, " the fleet said.
