The United Engine Corporation of Rostec is expanding the use of robotic technological complexes in the production of parts for aircraft gas turbine engines. Five robotic lines are included in the production chain of PJSC UEC-Saturn, and two more robotics projects are included in the investment program for 2021-2023.
In the arsenal of UEC-Saturn, there are two robotic lines for applying refractory coatings and producing ceramic molds for pouring, a robotic technological complex for stamping blades, a robotic measuring cell, as well as an automatic line for fluorescent penetrating control (FPI control).
The Rybinsk enterprise plans to develop a robotic complex for polishing the blade pen and automated equipment for briquetting (pouring parts of aircraft gas turbine engines into a technological billet-a briquette).
New promising projects of technological development of PJSC "UEC-Saturn" are associated with the robotization of grinding and milling processing of blades, the complex of assembly, maintenance and storage of tools, as well as with the creation of an automated transport system.
