Moscow. March 27. INTERFAX-Front-line SU-24M bombers and SU-30SM multi-purpose fighters have practiced bombing ground targets at a training ground in the Kaliningrad Region, the press service of the Baltic Fleet (BF) reported.
"As part of the planned exercise, the crews of front-line SU-24M bombers and SU-30SM multi-purpose fighters carried out bombing on a target field and fired aircraft guns at ground targets simulating long-term firing points of a simulated enemy," the report says.
It is noted that the bomb-storm strike was carried out by high-explosive fragmentation ammunition from altitudes of 500 to 1100 meters at ground targets.
"The successful defeat of the targets was recorded by means of objective control," the press service reported.
