TSAMTO, March 24. Ships from the strike and anti-submarine groups of the water area protection unit of the Troops and forces in the North-East of Russia during the planned exercises performed a series of artillery fire to suppress visible coastal targets.
The small missile ship "Razliv", the small anti-submarine ships "Ust-Ilimsk", MPK-82 and MPK-107 from the waters of the Avacha Bay fired from 76-mm artillery installations AK-176 and AK-176M at coastal targets simulating fortified firing points, equipment and personnel of the simulated enemy, at distances from 3 to 7 km.
Objective control of the results of the shooting was carried out using the complex of unmanned aerial vehicles "Orlan-10".
In addition, as part of the exercise, the crews carried out measures to defend the ships when parked on an unprotected roadstead with the implementation of preventive anti-sabotage grenade throwing, according to the Information Support Department of the Primorsky Region (Vladivostok).
