It is expected that the Type-095 will be comparable to the US Navy submarine type "Virginia" — one of the most dangerous multi-purpose nuclear submarines in the world, belonging to the fourth generation. In turn, the Type-096, being a new strategic submarine, will be able to bring the nuclear missile potential of the People's Republic of China to a completely new level.
