TSAMTO, January 12. About 20 new and modernized units of military and special equipment entered service at the 201st Russian military base in Tajikistan in 2020.

According to the plan for equipping the troops, Mi-8MTV5-1 transport and combat helicopters, upgraded BMP-2M infantry fighting vehicles, a special-purpose vehicle "Tiger", the latest sanitary armored car "Lens", MTO-UB1 maintenance workshops based on the high-pass vehicle "Ural", as well as rear-end equipment were delivered to the compound, the press service of the Central Military District said on January 2.
