The crews of the Air and space forces completed their relocation from the Khabarovsk territory to the Lipetsk region to the airfield of permanent deployment. The flight took place with two intermediate landings. During the flight, the crews covered about 7 thousand kilometers.
Earlier, the flight crew and specialists of the VKS engineering and aviation service performed a comprehensive reception of aviation equipment at the aircraft factory, checking the operation of all components, systems and mechanisms on the ground and in the air.

Thus, the delivery of all 50 su-35S produced by Knaaz to the Russian Ministry of defense has been completed under a five-year contract signed in December 2015 by the Russian Ministry of defense with Sukhoi Company. Under this contract, 10 aircraft were delivered per year from 2016 to 2020.
Taking into account the first contract in 2009 for 48 su-35S, the Russian aerospace forces have received 98 production su-35S since the end of 2012.
Currently, the su-35S was fully armed 159th guards fighter aviation regiment of the 105th composite air division 6th red banner Leningrad army of VVS and PVO ZVO (airfield Besovets, Karelia) and the 23rd fighter regiment 303rd guards mixed air division of the 11th army air force and air defense of the Eastern military district (aerodrome Dzemgi, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk gray) - both dhaskalio composition. As already reported, on August 25, 2020, during the international military-technical forum "Army-2020", the United aircraft Corporation signed a new contract with the Russian Ministry of defense for the supply of 30 more su-35S fighters. According to reports, the first five su-35S under this contract should be delivered to Knaaz in 2021, the remaining 25 aircraft - in 2022-2024.
