There was a video of the return to the concrete of the an-124 "Ruslan" transport plane, which rolled out of the runway during an emergency landing at Novosibirsk Tolmachevo airport.
In order to pull the 200-ton plane out of the ground, they used army repair and evacuation vehicles based on the T-72 tank. Harnessed by a Zug, they gradually pulled the giant plane back onto the concrete. Tow ropes were attached to the main landing gear struts.
Recall that on November 13, immediately after takeoff, an An-124 of Volga-Dnepr airlines made an emergency landing at Tolmachevo airport. The plane was carrying 84 tons of cargo from Seoul to Vienna, and the Ruslan made a technical stop in Novosibirsk.
According to preliminary data, during take-off, the engine was destroyed with its stop and failure of some control systems. No one was injured on landing. The airline suspended An-124 flights until the accident investigation is completed. A criminal case was opened on the fact of the emergency.
