July 25 marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Vineta machine-building enterprise. Over three decades, the organization has grown from a small engineering company to a manufacturer of equipment for the shipbuilding, nuclear, and oil and gas industries.
"One of the key achievements of the company has been the formation of full–cycle product production: from the development of design documentation, manufacturing and testing to the maintenance of its products throughout the life cycle of operation," said representatives of the Vineta enterprise. – In the process of its development, the company is constantly expanding the range of products, which today amounts to more than a thousand products."
Production

In recent years, Vineta has focused on the development and production of import-substituted fuel treatment and marine wastewater treatment systems. In particular, these are the BPTT heavy fuel treatment unit, the MSC centrifugal modular fuel and oil separator, as well as the UOSW wastewater treatment plant. All these products are RS certified and have the conclusions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in accordance with Government Decree No. 719 "On confirmation of production of Russian industrial products".
BPTT is intended for use on ships with a dual-fuel system. The product provides the preparation of heavy fuel in terms of temperature and consistency in accordance with the requirements of the marine engine manufacturer. The BPTT is supplied with an electric heater or heat exchanger.
Modular MCCS provide fuel and oil purification from water and mechanical impurities using a centrifugal method. They are supplied in a modular design complete with pumps and a control system, as well as with an electric heater or heat exchanger.
UOSV is intended for processing ship's fecal (black) and household (gray) waters. Among the advantages of the installation, the developers cite continuous automatic operation, the absence of the need to add chemical reagents and compliance with the requirements of MEPC.227 (64). It can be operated in both gravity and vacuum sewage systems on non-passenger surface ships, ships and watercraft.
The performance of the UOSV models ranges from 2 to 50 cubic meters per day, which means that, if necessary, it can meet the needs of the crew of even an aircraft carrier.

Among other developments of the company: a fresh water supply unit for increasing pressure and automatically maintaining its preset value, a bactericidal BACT apparatus for disinfection of household fresh water with ultraviolet light, a centrifugal pumping unit CNA 10-60 for supplying seawater to a reverse osmotic desalination plant with a nominal capacity of 35 cubic meters per day, as well as a PE 25/15 complex for heating fresh industrial water with the addition of technical potassium bichromate GOST 2652-78.
Representatives of the machine-building enterprise emphasize that Vineta is ready to provide Russian customers with reliable supplies of high-quality domestic products.
