The state corporation participates in a regional mission, during which it presents a wide range of solutions for the implementation of new projects.
These days, Rostec State Corporation enterprises in Vladimir present a wide range of high—tech and innovative products for various sectors of the economy - from buses, loaders and machine tools to medical devices and IT solutions. The regional mission, which involves the largest enterprises of the Corporation, is initiated by the Governor of the Vladimir region, Alexander Avdeev.
High-Precision Complexes, KAMAZ, KRET, Rosel, RT-Design Technologies, STAN, Technodinamika, UVZ, Shvabe and other Rostec State Corporation companies are participating in the mission. The purpose of the events is to discuss issues of personnel and technological development of industry in the region and strengthen partnerships.
"It is important for us to have such a strategic partner as Rostec State Corporation to solve large-scale tasks to strengthen technological sovereignty. The mission has proven its effectiveness. We have moved from the format of dialogue to the format of real design solutions. The Vladimir region does not just accept the Corporation's products — our region is becoming a platform for the introduction of advanced technologies and industrial cooperation. I am inviting Rostec to a meeting within the framework of the Vladimir Investment Congress so that we can discuss the interim results of our work and adjust further steps for cooperation," said Alexander Avdeev, Governor of the Vladimir Region.
Rostec provides a wide range of solutions in the region for the implementation of new projects in such areas as public transport, traffic management, housing and communal services, healthcare, public safety, ecology, digitalization, etc.
"Rostec enterprises readily responded to the invitation of the regional authorities. We feel the systematic support from the governor and the regional government. I am confident that the partnership between the region and Rostec State Corporation will contribute to the rapid development of the Vladimir Region, create additional opportunities for the region's enterprises and labor collectives, and improve the well-being of the region's residents. During the regional mission, issues of industrial development, personnel training, and the introduction of domestic solutions that increase the comfort, quality, and safety of life for the population are being discussed," said Dmitry Azarov, Head of the Regional Policy Service at Rostec State Corporation.
The first day of the mission was held at the site of Vladimir State University, which has established close cooperation in the field of science and personnel training.
"For Rostec, the development of cooperation between science and business is one of the key priorities. The success of any initiative in this area is impossible without the active position of the regions. The Vladimir Region has significant scientific, technical and industrial potential, and Vladimir State University is an important link in this system. The Vladimir Engineering Center operates on the basis of the university: its developments in the field of laser technologies are of great interest to the Corporation's enterprises," said Elena Druzhinina, Managing Director for Science and Business Cooperation at Rostec State Corporation.
According to her, VlSU is one of the key partners of the Corporation's enterprises. Cooperation is developing not only at the regional level, but also nationwide. Among the university's partners are VNII Signal, PJSC KAMAZ and other Rostec organizations. Currently, there is an active discussion of the possibilities of the university's participation in promising initiatives, in particular in the projects "State Assignment 2.0" and in the graduate school.
Among the solutions presented in Vladimir is a set of products for the development of transport infrastructure. In particular, these are modern low-floor electric buses of the KAMAZ-52222 brand, which are widely represented on the streets of the Russian capital today, and electric charging stations of various capacities "FORA" and ELLI, which provide fast "refueling" of electric vehicles. These are also smart traffic lights and real-time traffic control systems that increase road safety and reduce the burden on urban infrastructure.
Another area is eco—friendly urban technology. The enterprises of the State Corporation produce ANT 1000E electric mini-loaders and Muravey electric vehicles. Loaders can be equipped with various attachments — from brushes to snow removal units, electric vehicles are available in various versions, allowing you to transport both passengers and cargo. The equipment has zero emissions and low noise levels.
In addition, Rostec is introducing hardware and software solutions in the region, including the Horizon VS system for managing virtual servers, Campkeeper for monitoring IT infrastructure and preventing equipment failures, KPD Project for preparing construction documentation, RT-Doks for document management automation with using AI, a portal PCAT.ru — a digital catalog of domestic products with an AI assistant.
The Corporation also presented automatic waste sorting systems manufactured by Uralvagonzavod Concern for municipal solid waste management. The advantages of the technology used include efficient selection of useful fractions, reduction of mass and hazard class of waste. This equipment makes it possible to achieve the indicators of the national project "Environmental well-being". Today, it already operates as part of the Siberia complex in Tomsk, providing sorting of up to 250 thousand tons of waste per year.
Rostec also demonstrates medical equipment, UAV detection and counteraction systems, and a range of fire extinguishing equipment.
