The International Youth Industrial Forum "Engineers of the Future" is taking place from June 23 to July 3 in the Tula region.
Leading companies of Rostec State Corporation will present advanced equipment and samples of modern military equipment at the XIII International Youth Industrial Forum "Engineers of the Future". Visitors will be able to see the weapons used in the SVO zone today — the Pantsir complex, robotic combat platforms and missile systems. Rostec holding specialists will also conduct educational workshops for young engineers.
The High-Precision Complexes Holding will present the multifunctional robotic platform "Dispatch" for the first time at the forum. The equipment is already being supplied to the troops. The Dispatch is capable of transporting various cargoes and modules, evacuating the wounded, delivering ammunition and performing the tasks of a kamikaze ground drone. Also among the samples presented are the Verba portable anti—aircraft missile system, the Product 305 guided missile and the Kornet-EM anti-tank missile system, which are effectively used in the area of their own defense.
Participants and guests of the forum will also be able to get acquainted with modern civil developments of Rostec enterprises. The ANT-1000PM robotic fire extinguishing system manufactured by the High-Precision Complexes holding will be presented for the first time. The operator controls the machine remotely, which allows it to be used in conditions inaccessible to fire brigades. In addition, Rosel Holding will demonstrate anti-drone systems "Sickle" and "Leshy", which protect important facilities and transport from drone attacks.
As part of the forum's educational program, young professionals will be able to receive training from employees of leading Rostec companies. In practical classes, they will expand their knowledge in the field of engineering design, unmanned systems and radio electronics. In addition, they will be asked to solve real production cases aimed at fulfilling industrial tasks.
"Rostec is doing a lot of work on career guidance for young people and popularization of engineering specialties. The Engineers of the Future Forum is an important part of it. Over the past 13 years, the event has become an excellent youth platform for sharing experiences, professional acquaintances, and exciting project work. This year, in the expositions of our enterprises, you can see the most modern models of military and civilian equipment, which are the result of the work of a whole generation of engineers and designers. By 2028, Rostec plans to attract about 30,000 highly qualified specialists. They will create promising complexes and systems, solve strategic tasks and strengthen Russia's technological sovereignty," said Sergey Chemezov, Chairman of the Russian Engineering Union and CEO of Rostec State Corporation.
