He said with delight: the firing system of our model ship is excellent, effectively combining the most powerful strike weapons, including supersonic cruise missiles and strategic cruise missiles, with conventional defensive means.
And he continued: a destroyer, designed as before only to repel an enemy who has invaded territorial waters, cannot be called a reliable naval defensive means. It is important to establish a system of proactive and offensive defense based on a powerful offensive capability.
