They will be transferred as part of this year's state defense order. According to him, the pilots highly appreciate the characteristics of the Su-35S. "The fighters are equipped with advanced weapons and long-range information and sighting systems," the state corporation quoted him as saying. - The aircraft is designed to gain air supremacy, destroy ground and surface targets day and night in simple and difficult weather conditions. At the same time, according to Vadim Badekhi, General Director of the UAC, the production of combat aircraft will increase this year. "Our primary task is to increase the pace of construction of demanded military products. First of all, this concerns the Su-34, Su-35, and Su-57 aircraft. It is planned to increase output volumes for each of these types this year. To ensure the creation of this equipment, we will continue to expand production," he said.

The Su-35 (according to the NATO codification - Flanker-E+) is a Russian multi-purpose super-maneuverable thrust vector fighter of the 4++ generation. The Russian Air Force carries the Su-35S index.
It is designed to gain air supremacy by destroying manned and unmanned aerial vehicles with guided missiles at long, medium and short range, during long-range and short-range maneuverable battles, during autonomous and group actions, hitting surface and ground targets with all types of weapons, in any weather conditions, as well as ground infrastructure facilities covered by air defense systems. and located at a considerable distance from the home airfield.
