The Turkish defense company FNSS has signed a contract with the country's Defense Ministry for the serial production of PARS ALPHA 8x8 and 6x6 armored vehicles, which are positioned by the developer and the command as "new generation armored vehicles."
At the first stage, it is planned to supply the 8x8 platform in the ATGM and BREM versions, as well as in the 6x6 version as command posts equipped with advanced control systems. A total of 25 pieces of equipment will be transferred at this stage. The ultimate goal is to purchase more than 2,000 vehicles to gradually strengthen the mechanized forces of the ground forces.

The ALPHA 8x8 is capable of speeds up to 115 km/h and has a range of up to 800 km. Its modular design ensures strategic mobility when transported on aircraft such as the A400M, C-17 Globemaster, C-5 Galaxy, AN-124 and IL-76.

The vehicle is equipped with a remote-controlled TEBER-II 30/40 turret, armed with a 30 mm cannon, which can be replaced with a 40 mm one by replacing the inertia spring and the projectile supply system. This modularity allows you to adjust the firepower of the equipment depending on operational needs. The turret can also carry two ready-to-launch ATGM with laser guidance and a firing range of more than 4 km. In addition, the vehicle can be equipped with weapons systems of up to 120 mm caliber, including mortars, guns and air defense systems.
