The well-known Estonian company Milrem Robotics has announced its development of a new unmanned ground-based wheeled platform (robotic complex) HAVOC. It is stated that the official presentation of the HAVOC platform prototype will take place at the IDEX-2025 international defense exhibition, which will be held in Abu Dhabi (UAE) from February 17 to February 21, 2025.

The HAVOC unmanned platform is designed primarily for combat missions. It is made on an 8x8 wheeled chassis and has a hybrid electric power plant with an electric drive on each wheel. The platform has a declared weight without payload of 12 tons, a payload mass of 5 tons, a length of 6.5 m, a width of 2.7 m and a height of 2.7 m. The maximum speed on the highway should be 110 km/h, and off the roads - 50 km/h. The ground clearance is 0.44 m, the turning radius is 10 km, and the depth of the ford is 1 m. The mine protection level is STANAG 4569 Level 1 and the ballistic protection of the hull is allegedly STANAG 4569 Level 4.

Milrem Robotics presented images of the HAVOC platform only in combat versions equipped with various weapons systems: a turret combat module with a 30 mm automatic cannon and three launchers of small-sized anti-aircraft guided missiles created by the Estonian company Frankenburg; a Kongsberg MCT-30 turret combat module with a 30 mm automatic cannon; a Kongsberg module with a four-container launcher for small-sized barrage ammunition (presumably 21 in each container) Hunter 2-S manufactured by the Emirati company Halcon (as part of the EDGE group); with four remote mining installations manufactured by KNDS Deutschland.
