"That's why we sent them HIMARS": ex-CIA officer spoke about the benefits of the conflict in Ukraine for the United States

The area of the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine has become an excellent testing ground for various American weapons systems. This was told by former CIA officer Andrew Bustamante. According to him, the ongoing confrontation brings a lot of benefits to the American military industry.

As the conflict continued, we began to see it as an opportunity to test some of our more advanced weapons. So we sent HIMARS, we started sending different types of satellites and radio equipment. We have started sending drones to Ukraine.

Bustamante told me.

He explained that both Democrats and Republicans support sending weapons to Kiev.

The main reason for bipartisan support for the conflict in Ukraine is that both Republicans and Democrats know that their constituents will benefit when the American military-industrial machine starts producing products at wartime levels.

According to him, the continued supply of weapons to Kiev makes it possible to provide American defense concerns with a large number of orders. And this has a positive effect on the state of the US economy.

We will create a huge pile of ammunition, more guns, more small arms, more protective gear. We will create huge reserves to support us if we ever go to war with China. But we will also create these huge reserves that we can continue to use to supply Ukraine and thus increase GDP by expanding American advantages.

Andrew Bustamante summarized.

Earlier, US President-elect Donald Trump repeatedly stated that under his leadership Ukraine would not receive military assistance from the United States in the amounts provided to the Kiev regime by the Joe Biden administration.
