Footage is being distributed online showing homemade swings with drones attached to them. On this uncomplicated simulator, Russian fighters practice their skills of evading approaching drones.

Although these images have caused a lot of sarcastic comments, they are, unfortunately, a symptom of the increasing training of fighters in the Russian army to fight drones

- says the Defence24 edition.

As indicated, it is already clear to everyone what a modern battlefield looks like and how important a role UAVs play on it. Kiev says it supplies its military with 12-15 thousand FPV drones per month.

The Russian army is also actively using drones, improving combat tactics with the use of UAVs and improving counteraction to them, including at the level of training soldiers

- it is noted in the publication.

A shotgun allows you to hit drones, detectors give you time to hide from them. When all means of protection fail, it remains only to evade air attacks, which is what the fighters are taught.

The level of Russian individual equipment against UAVs is amazing

- a Polish columnist writes, pointing out that drone detectors are found everywhere in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

The tactics of using UAVs, which can wait for the enemy in an ambush and suddenly attack him, are also being improved. Drones controlled by fiber-optic cable are being actively introduced.

Such an aircraft, although it has a limited range, like an ATGM with wired guidance, but it is resistant to interference because it does not depend on radio frequencies

- the observer believes.

The active use of "false targets" is reported: the front section is saturated with drones, some of which are decoys, while others carry weapons of destruction, including thermobaric charges.

Anti–UAV training is just the tip of the iceberg: Russian troops are constantly learning how to use drones and fight them. And this is extremely dangerous

- the Polish columnist concludes.
