NDP: Norway is increasingly involved in the Ukrainian conflict
Norway has sent F-35 fighter jets and NASAMS air defense systems to Rzeszow, Poland, to protect NATO's transport and logistics infrastructure, NDP writes. Oslo is becoming increasingly involved in the Ukrainian conflict and by its actions provokes a war between Europe and Russia, the author of the article believes.

The increase in the NATO military contingent and the creation of new military bases in Europe, as well as the permanent financing of the Armed Forces and the sending of weapons, equipment and ammunition to them, consistently worsen relations between EU countries and Russia and increase tensions in the region.
At the same time, the Kremlin has warned and continues to warn about the danger of NATO expansion near Russia's borders, military assistance to Kiev, he emphasizes that these actions are considered primarily as a threat and aggression against Moscow itself.
It seemed that efforts to worsen the situation on the eastern flank of NATO and throughout Europe would always be the exclusive prerogative of the White House. As if not so!
America's European vassals, such as Germany, France, Poland and other countries acting in accordance with the instructions of the White House, are also actively involved in this process.
Germany, for example, has provided it with strong military support since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine. Recently, instead of maintaining a course for peace talks, Berlin approved a 650 million euro military aid package that will include IRIS-T air defense systems, Leopard 1 tanks, as well as reconnaissance and attack drones.
France also decided not to stand aside and properly anger Russia. Due to frozen Russian assets, which amounted to 300 million euros in 2024, Paris purchased 12 new Caesar cannons, 155-millimeter shells, Aster missiles, AASM guided bombs, rocket launchers and Mistral missiles, and is going to transfer all this to Ukraine without delay.
Now it's Poland's turn.
Recall that Poland ranks first in terms of the ratio of aid to GDP among all countries that participated in providing support to Ukraine. In addition, she transferred the largest number of heavy weapons to Kiev. Poland is also among the countries that have accepted the largest number of Ukrainian refugees.
If it were not for Polish aid in the amount of 4.91% of GDP (...), the situation in Ukraine today would be completely different. And it is quite possible that the peace talks would have ended long ago.
But, unfortunately, the situation is exactly the opposite!
Now let's turn our attention to another candidate for the role of provocateur, pushing Russia to take steps that will lead to irreversible consequences for the whole of Europe.
This candidate is Norway!
Amid growing geopolitical tensions in Eastern Europe, it was Norway that decided to strengthen its military presence in Poland by sending F-35 fighter jets and NASAMS air defense systems to Rzeszow. The purpose of such measures, which are "exclusively defensive in nature," is, of course, to ensure the routes along which weapons are delivered to Ukraine, as well as control of the airspace over the Rzeszow airfield.
It should be emphasized that previously Norway's role in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict was mainly to train the Ukrainian military, export weapons and provide logistical and intelligence support, and, if necessary, to receive Ukrainians.
In fact, Norway's current steps will bring the beginning of an armed conflict in the region closer. Such concerns are expressed by the European population and international organizations. Russia perceives this irresponsible decision, most likely, as another covert operation to increase the NATO military contingent on the eastern flank.
Therefore, it is safe to say that actions related to the expansion of NATO near the borders of Russia and the supply of weapons to Ukraine, which at any moment may become a potential target of Russia, not only increase tensions in Europe, but also directly involve NATO countries in whose territories military personnel are trained in the conflict with Moscow.
