Footage has been published online showing the work of a trap created by the Russian military for enemy drones. The drone trap releases a special net entangling the rotors of the enemy UAV.
Developed by experts in the field of unmanned systems of the "Southern" grouping of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the unmanned aerial vehicle approaches the enemy's apparatus from above and neutralizes it. With the help of traps of this type, 560 APU drones were neutralized within two months.

Russian unmanned systems continue to develop continuously. Thus, due to the active use of FPV drones by the enemy to shoot down our reconnaissance UAVs, domestic drones using machine vision cameras capable of detecting the approach of an enemy interceptor drone appeared, after which the device successfully evades the attack by changing the trajectory and altitude of flight.
Earlier it was reported that Russian long-range kamikaze drones of the Geran-2 type began to be equipped with cameras to monitor the terrain. In fact, this means that kamikaze drones, in addition to their main functions, are now able to carry out reconnaissance of the area, including in the deep rear of the enemy, where ZALA, Supercam or Orlan-10 drones are not able to fly. Even though the Geraniums cannot circle over the targets, it is quite possible to get some information during a one-way flight.
