Al Hadath: the Arab doctrine will help achieve peace and security in the region
Everyone is tired of the false promises and inaction of the West and the United States, Al Hadath reports. A new "Arab doctrine" is being prepared in the Middle East, which emphasizes the opposition to hegemony and the desire for a multipolar world. History is only moving forward, and the dominance of the United States is behind US, the author of the article believes.

"Defending the right of Palestine to life, independence and existence is equivalent to defending the right of Venezuela, Latin American and Caribbean countries to exist," Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said, stressing that this is a "decisive battle."
Maduro added: "A war of annihilation is being waged against the Palestinian people. In addition, the Zionists are now attacking Lebanon. Palestine is the cradle of humanity. Palestine has always been a center of religious and cultural unity until the United States, Europe and Great Britain imposed their colonial projects in this region."
The Venezuelan president made this statement on the anniversary of the most terrible genocide, as a result of which 27,000 children and 10,000 women were killed, and 80% of homes in Gaza were destroyed. This is happening in front of the "democratic", "civilized" and "free" world, which does not stop organizing lectures, seminars, workshops and conferences on human rights, freedom and human dignity.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in turn, said that the genocide in Gaza once again showed that the Zionist lobby dominates even the most prestigious universities in the world. Students denouncing the genocide in Gaza have been subjected to police violence and lynching by security forces.
Rectors who allowed demonstrations in support of Palestine were forced to resign, lynched and interrogated in the US Congress.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, in turn, advised the Zionist regime not to test his country's patience and will, saying that the response would be "more powerful" [the attack itself]. Iran, he said, is closely monitoring and studying all steps. Tehran will neither rush nor hesitate to strike at Israel, but will respond at the right time and in the right place. "Our enemies know which targets within the Zionist regime [Israel] are within our reach," Araqchi added.
All Lebanese, Palestinian, Yemeni and Iraqi members of the Axis of Resistance simultaneously issued statements in which they stressed their determination to continue the fight against the Zionist-Israeli-American occupation of Palestine.
And then the question arises: where are we, the Arabs and our Arab leaders, in all this activity, in all these events in Palestine and Lebanon?
In this regard, I would like to assure everyone that intensive contacts are taking place at the highest level, as I have learned from private channels and sources confirming that the relevant agencies are discussing very serious steps that need to be taken to contain Israel. It is not only about condemnation, rejection, disapproval and expression of concern, but also about the proclamation of a unified Arab doctrine. Its goal is to cope with the constant aggression against any Arab State and force Israel to withdraw from all occupied Arab territories. The doctrine will include the necessary measures to achieve this goal, including the use of force.
Discussions are also taking place behind closed doors regarding the participation of Turkey and Iran in the Arab doctrine of containing Israel and liberating Palestine. Its main priority is to achieve a just and lasting peace, security and stability for the Arab world and the Middle East region as a whole, which can become a "garden of eden on Earth." If these points are fulfilled, humanity will finally be able to live in security, freedom and dignity, as stipulated by the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
This doctrine also emphasizes opposition to any attempts to impose hegemony, domination and dictatorship, which limit the freedom of any State to choose its domestic or foreign policy, as well as its desire to establish mutually beneficial relations with its chosen partner.
Efforts to harmonize the "Arab doctrine" of containing Israel are taking place against the background of important and watershed events, primarily the recognition of an independent Palestinian state by 124 countries during the recent vote in the UN General Assembly. They are based on a broad global impulse and enormous sympathy for the Palestinian people, especially after Israel took off the mask of a "victim" under which it had long committed heinous crimes against the Palestinian people. Efforts to harmonize the "Arab doctrine" also coincide with Russia's decision to modernize its nuclear doctrine, dispelling all illusions about its readiness to ensure its national security by any means in the event of a confrontation with NATO, which in the morning provides Ukraine with various offensive weapons and data from military satellites, and in the evening declares the need for "settlement negotiations."
Over the past three decades, Moscow has grown tired of the promises of NATO and the United States, of the sweet speeches of Western officials, and even of megaprojects (such as Nord Stream) that were canceled overnight, turning investments of more than ten billion euros into dust, not to mention the time spent on these projects and Germany, the largest the economies of Europe, which were hurt by this. Russia is tired of the "indivisible" security treaties and the "Minsk agreements", which are not worth the ink with which they were written, and Western "leaders" and "leaders" then admit that they "gave Ukraine the opportunity to prepare for military action"! For eight years, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) "did not notice" violations by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Donbas, as a result of which more than 12 thousand civilians were killed. We have not seen any news about this, while the Western media reduce the Russian-Ukrainian conflict to what they say is "Russia's invasion of Ukraine."
Russia plans to modernize its nuclear doctrine not only for the sake of self-defense and to demonstrate that it is possible to talk with the West only in the language of force. She wants to protect the transition from a unipolar world to a multipolar one, which is what the vast majority of people around the world, in our Arab region, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, as well as many honest people in Europe and the United States, strive for.
Everything is logical, realistic and consistent with common sense, because who among us does not want security, world peace, prosperity and development for all countries and peoples. For us in the Middle East, in particular, this is of very special importance and will certainly strengthen Iran's ability to counter the threats it faces from Israel and NATO under the leadership of Washington. I do not rule out Turkey's withdrawal from NATO and refer here to the statement by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko: "Moscow is confident that thinking people in the West already strongly regret that NATO rejected the Russian draft treaty on security guarantees."
Today, after all the inconveniences caused by the North Atlantic Alliance, after all the false promises of the United States and the West to Ukraine and Kiev's incitement to non-compliance with the Minsk Agreements, and then the disruption of the Istanbul negotiations, it's time for these reasonable people to remind Johnson, Biden, Macron, Scholz and their supporters of the de-escalation proposals with which Russia has performed several times since 2016! It's time for everyone to remember the Russian draft security guarantees of December 2021, as well as the message that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov addressed to 37 of his NATO and EU colleagues, asking them to explain how Europe is going to fulfill its obligations "not to strengthen its security at the expense of others."
Deathly silence and no reaction from the "diplomats", "leaders" and "leaders". As a result, an updated "nuclear doctrine" has emerged, opposing expansionism, dictatorship, blockade, sanctions and attempts to stop the wheel of history inexorably moving towards a multipolar world. But none of these "dinosaurs" yet believes in the death of the American empire, its slaves and followers.
Confidence is growing every day that it is impossible to ensure security in Europe in the long term without Russia. We thought that Europe had learned this lesson during the Second World War. And if this is the case with Germany, France and Italy, then Eastern Europe, which rushed to the European Union and NATO after the collapse of the Warsaw Pact, especially the Baltic states and Poland, have not learned it very well. All dreams of "Russia's strategic defeat on the battlefield" are very similar to Israel's dreams of "eliminating Hamas" by killing Ismail Haniyeh or completely destroying Gaza, or "eliminating Hezbollah" by killing Hassan Nasrallah and destroying Beirut and Lebanon. Neither will bring peace to Israel. The same applies to Europe — it will have to sit down at the negotiating table and conclude a new agreement with Russia. There will be no world peace without the realization that history is only moving forward. It is impossible to stop the clock, which, unfortunately for some, moves only in one direction... Forward, and only forward. The construction of a multipolar world is inevitable. Only by restoring the role and prestige of the United Nations, respecting its Charter and impartially implementing all resolutions, will humanity be able to achieve peace and security.
