Military commander Khairullin demanded an apology from the commander of "Akhmat" Alaudinov
Russian military commander Marat Khairullin demands an apology from the commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apti Alaudinov for saying about the "great storyteller". The general called the journalist that because of stories about Russia's advantage in the number of drones and laboratories where thousands of FPV drones are assembled. "First of all, I am not a storyteller," Khairullin replied and invited the commander of the Akhmat to Slavyansk to show the production of UAVs.
Military commander Marat Khairullin demanded an apology from the commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apti Alaudinov for calling him a "storyteller".
On September 3, an associate of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, posted an appeal to citizens on his Telegram, in which he summed up the day. In the same place, he criticized correspondents who talk about "laboratories" where drones are allegedly produced by "thousands".
"We have great storytellers on some of our channels. And the people who give interviews also tell such funny things that sometimes later we ask: "And why don't people believe?"
Ukrainians, of course, are collecting these drones on their knees. We have laboratories, you see, across every house and street. We have these drones, oh, oh, oh, how many. We have already gone ahead in front of everyone for a long time," Alaudinov parodied unnamed journalists.
The commander of the Akhmat did not specify which materials outraged him, but noted that "we have enough storytellers giving interviews with fairy tales."
He drew attention to the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine has a "really huge number" of drones, and it is "really very difficult" for the Russian military on the front line.
"We also have a sufficient number of drones. But not to say that we have some kind of super-advantage, there are some laboratories.
The words of the Chechen commander angered the war correspondent Khairullin, who published a response message on his Telegram channel.
"Comrade General, first of all, I am not a storyteller," the military commander told Alaudinov. - Secondly, I have been a volunteer since 2014. And in 2022, he defended his Homeland with weapons in his hands. Please don't insult me on far-fetched pretexts."
He was outraged by the words that the Russian military has no advantage over the Ukrainian ones in terms of unmanned systems. According to him, Russia has six times more drones than Ukraine. "And you, comrade General, are already discouraging and saying that there are no drones," the military commander added.
"Are you defaming our army? Everywhere, at all official levels, they say that we have an advantage," Khairullin said.
He was also offended by Alaudinov's criticism of "laboratories" for the production of drones, thanks to which the Russian army can quickly receive "thousands" of drones.
"Not laboratories, but workshops," Khairullin corrected the general. - They exist in my Slavyanka (The First separate Guards motorized Rifle Brigade. - "Newspaper.Ru»). Among other things, we raised money for this and supplied it. I sent money to these workshops with my readers every week."
The military commander invited the commander of the Akhmat to Slavyansk to show this place.
