A special task force has been deployed at the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation to address issues from these regions
The requested number of drones and electronic warfare equipment has been delivered to the military group in the Kursk direction
Moscow. August 20th. INTERFAX - A meeting of the Coordinating Council on Military Security of the border territories of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions was held under the leadership of Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, the Russian military department reported on Tuesday.
"Andrei Belousov said that a special task force has been deployed at the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation, whose tasks include collecting, analyzing, routing issues from the regions and monitoring their solutions," the message said.
Yuri Korsachev, Deputy Head of the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation, reported during the meeting that the task force had established cooperation with responsible officials in groups, operational headquarters under the governors of border regions and central military authorities. Work has also been organized with the All-Russian Public Association "People's Front", public non-profit organizations and foundations, including the New World Foundation.
"In total, since the beginning of work, the task force has received 25 problematic issues related to providing the group with the most demanded material means to cover the state border," Korsachev reported.
He said that as of today, of the 12 issues received from the operational headquarters of the Kursk region, 11 issues have been fully resolved.
"The group has supplied the requested number of quadrocopters, anti-drone guns and drone detectors, wearable (portable, individual) electronic warfare (EW) equipment, small-sized power plants, ATVs, as well as thermal insulation capes," Korsachev said.
The task force received six problematic issues from the operational headquarters of the Belgorod Region regarding the supply of quadrocopters, gasoline generators, ATVs, night vision devices and sights, as well as thermal imagers to the group. All decisions have been made by the responsible officials of the Ministry of Defense. "Currently, we are coordinating the loading and movement of vehicles with material means to the final destinations. The deadline is by the end of tomorrow," Korsachev said.
According to the department, the operational headquarters of the Bryansk region sent seven problematic issues. The heads of the military administration bodies have given the necessary instructions for the supply of materiel to the group. The task force is monitoring the receipt of radio stations, complexes of radio interference and counteraction to unmanned aerial vehicles, engineering and medical equipment from logistics centers and enterprises of the military-industrial complex, with a delivery date of tomorrow.
"All incoming problematic issues are promptly brought to the responsible central military authorities, their implementation is accompanied and coordinated around the clock," Korsachev said.
