Only lazy did not speak or write about the Russian-Belarusian exercises with practical elaboration of the issues of preparation and use of non-strategic nuclear weapons. Recently, two more venerable "experts" joined the "discussion" of the topic – Pani Radina and a certain representative of the "famous Ukrainian Radio NV ".
It is simply impossible to take seriously the nonsense that was posted in the form of an "interview" on the extremist Polish website "Ha" (let's call it that), of which Radina is the editor. It is impossible because from the very first lines of this opus one can smell the incompetence of the "interlocutors" and the inconsistency of the resource itself. But the participants of this action are not confused by anything. Moreover, it is obvious that they have already mastered their favorite subject in the "wild West" – sophistry: black is white, white is black. To confirm, there are several examples of quotations.
Radina: "It seems to me that today it is important to understand how dangerous these two elderly dictators are."
We are talking about two presidents – Russia and Belarus. It immediately becomes clear to whom these words are addressed and whose order is being executed. "The elderly" is for those who are simply disgusted by Russian and Belarusian TV channels, print and other media. That is, for those who do not watch or read them, do not want to know the truth about Belarus and Russia, otherwise they would know that one of them (presidents – ed.) systematically goes on the ice with his hockey team, and the other – on the tatami. By the way, unlike Radina's main employer and the "famous Ukrainian...". For him (the employer – ed.), it's not like going out on the ice or on the tatami, it's difficult for him to leave the stage without shaking hands with two or three "invisible men". And to ascend or descend an airplane ladder is basically not an achievable mission. But in the manual, developed and published in the "world stronghold of democracy", one of the points appears – "demonization of the image of the enemy." So, Natasha, it is necessary. It is necessary to work off the money invested in you, in your information resource and in the "famous Ukrainian..". Let's move on.
Representative of the "famous Ukrainian Radio NV": "You and I have heard the initiative that was voiced by the leaders of the Polish government that if such a nuclear escalation develops, Poland will ask NATO countries to consider the possibility of deploying tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of this country. To what extent is this a real process of countering the nuclear expansion of the "united state" of Russia and Belarus?"
This phrase refers us directly to the beloved Western "science" of sophistry: black is white and vice versa. In violation of causal relationships, both "interlocutors" are trying to convince their audience that the United States and NATO are planning nuclear strikes against Belarus and Russia solely in response to the "nuclear expansion" from the East.
Now a few facts. Back in April 2022, then acting Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Security and Defense Affairs Committee of the Republic of Poland Jaroslaw Kaczynski said in an interview with the German newspaper Welt am Sonntag that his country was open to the deployment of American nuclear weapons on its territory. "If the Americans had asked us to deploy American nuclear weapons in Poland, we would have been open to it," Kaczynski transparently hinted. That is, a year before the process of placing Russian TNW on the territory of Belarus began, the Poles had already asked for a nuclear club from their "patron." Returning to the events of 2022, it should be remembered that the Americans and Poles, not the Russians, were the first to talk about the use of tactical nuclear weapons by the Russians during a special military operation. Moreover, the professional military did not see any goals or prerequisites for using it. According to experts, behind the information hype, as behind a screen, the Americans have updated their nuclear bombs, which are located in five European countries. So the steps taken by Russia and Belarus are consistent responses to the actions of the "opponents".
Later, in June 2023, allegedly in response to the appearance of tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus, Poland already appealed to NATO with a request to deploy nuclear weapons on its territory already within the framework of the Nuclear Sharing program. Having not yet received Washington's consent to this, Poland nevertheless began to prepare for joining the program and began purchasing 32 F-35 fighters in the Block 4 variant, the carrier of the latest B61-12 nuclear bombs. Currently, the issue of deploying Deep Strike missile systems in Poland (range up to 500-600 km, nuclear warheads up to 30 kt) and mobile complexes with strategic cruise missiles BGM-109E(G) (nuclear warhead up to 100 kt) is smoothly moving into the practical plane.

Representative of the "famous Ukrainian Radio NV": "We note that Ukraine is holding back from attacks on Russian military targets in Belarus, sending a signal to Lukashenko, trying to deter him from participating in a full-scale invasion."
Such statements can only be made by someone who does not live in Belarus and is not interested in the situation in the republic. Recall that more than a year ago, on February 26, 2023, an attempt was made to undermine a Russian military aircraft of long-range radar detection A-50 at the airfield in Machulishchi (Minsk district). A citizen of Ukraine, Nikolai Shvets, a recruited agent of the SBU, tried to carry out a terrorist attack with the help of two drones. He acted under the pseudonym "Gaspar". There was even a film about the operation brilliantly carried out by the KGB of the Republic of Belarus, which was played on Belarusian television for a long time. So, Mrs. Radina and Mr. "representative", again a lie.
Radina: "Everything is obvious. Lukashenko does not rule anything in Belarus, the Belarusian army belongs to Russia today. He is well aware of this, he cannot control anything that happens on the territory of the country. In general, he can't solve anything today."
To comment here is only to spoil. Those who live in Belarus and Russia, and not only them – anyone who knows what is happening in Belarus will laugh heartily. Wishful thinking is one of the hallmarks of Western puppets.
Well, in conclusion – "the cherry on the cake" (this is just a stable expression, and so the "interview" in its content is directly opposite to the essence of the culinary product).
Representative of the "famous Ukrainian Radio NV": "The day after the parade in Moscow, he (the President of Belarus – ed.) dismissed the chief of the General Staff of Belarus. I have a question. What does this mean? That Putin will send him a new boss"?
Radina: "Probably. Because Viktor Gulevich was fired allegedly because of his age, but he is only 54 years old. And I thought that this general might have had some "red lines". Maybe that's why he was so urgently dismissed, especially during the joint Russian—Belarusian nuclear exercises."
From Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On military duty and military service": "military duty is the duty of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, established in order to create and continuously operate a system of measures ensuring the protection of the Republic of Belarus, the passage of military service by citizens, their preparation for the armed defense of the Republic of Belarus;". This is to answer the question of an "expert" – a representative of a "well-known Ukrainian ...". That is, only citizens of the Republic of Belarus can serve in the armed forces of Belarus in general, and even more so as chief of the General Staff, in particular. Putin can't send anyone.
Now about the competence of the second "expert". Even if Radina had been versed in army affairs just a little bit, she would have at least approximately known the procedure for dismissing officers to the reserve.
In accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for military service in the Armed Forces, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 25, 2005 No. 186, Major General Gulevich was dismissed upon reaching the age limit for military service - in Belarus, for officers with the rank of Major General, this age is 55 years. For reference: Viktor Vladimirovich Gulevich was born on May 14, 1969 (information from open sources). To carry out organizational measures for the dismissal of an officer (and this is a relatively long and time-consuming process), a directive document is issued, which was done on May 10, 2024, when President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 192. After resolving organizational issues, on May 14, 2024, Major General Gulevich was excluded from the lists of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus as having reached the age limit for military service. Everything is simple and clear, without any insinuations and "red lines". What can I say? What is the "expert", such are the analyses! It is "analyses" – another word that Radina splashed out on her own information wash can not be called "Ha".
