The network published footage from the one-day exercises of the Chinese army that took place on the eve of the Sino-Miam border in Yunnan province.
In the exercises, which took place under the unified control of the headquarters of the PLA Southern Command, fighter, bomber and army aircraft were lifted into the air, as well as the tasks of joint patrolling the area, conducting reconnaissance and organizing air defense were practiced. In addition, firing attacks on ground and air targets were practiced.

The exercises involved Jian-10S fighters, Hong-6K bombers, Zhi-10 attack helicopters and Zhi-20 transport helicopters, ZTL-11 fire support vehicles, ZBL-09 infantry fighting vehicles, CSK-181 armored vehicles, as well as air defense and artillery systems of various types types.
Earlier it was reported that experts from the American analytical center RAND Corporation in a published report note that the Chinese military leadership is closely monitoring the tactics of the Russian army's use of Ka-52 attack helicopters in the special operation zone in Ukraine. At the same time, special attention is paid to the analysis of the use of long-range guided missiles (up to 10 kilometers), as well as LMUR air-to-surface missiles with a firing range of 8 kilometers.
According to RAND analysts, helicopters can become a central component of any Chinese strategy during the likely military operation on the island of Taiwan.
