Footage of ground tests of the new Chinese transport drone HH-100, capable of carrying up to 700 kilograms of payload, has been published online.
During the tests of the drone developed by XAC Civil Aircraft of the Aviation Industry, the functionality of autonomous taxiing systems on the runway at low speed was tested.

According to the company developing the new transport drone, it is assumed that the maximum take-off weight of the device will reach two tons, and the payload capacity will be 700 kilograms.
At maximum load, the NN-100 will be able to cover a distance of 520 kilometers at a cruising speed of 300 km/h. The practical height ceiling will be five kilometers.
In turn, Taiwan, amid the growing tension in relations with Beijing, is also actively engaged in the development of new drones and the training of drone operators. At the initiative of the Ministry of Defense of Taiwan, it is planned to create a centralized training center for UAV operators, where personnel will be trained as part of operational and tactical courses. Drone operators will gain knowledge, including on reconnaissance, fire correction, strikes and interception using drones. Taiwan's purchase of UAVs is carried out through various channels: through the Taiwan Academy of Sciences, as well as domestic commercial and foreign military purchases.
