During this time, the association has included more than 15 enterprises with thousands of employees. The holding's specialization is the creation of high−precision weapons systems and complexes in the tactical combat zone. The famous Iskander-M, Pantsir S-1, BMP-3 and other equipment are produced here. Today, organizations of "High-precision complexes" are working on the implementation of the state defense order, modernize their developments based on the results of their application in the zone of their own and increase the production of civilian equipment.
The holding includes such organizations as the Instrument Engineering Design Bureau named after academician A.G. Shipunov, Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering, Kurgan Machine-Building Plant, Central Research Institute of Automation and Hydraulics, Central Design Bureau of Hardware Engineering and other enterprises. The repair and restoration competencies of High-Precision Complexes are complemented by a number of armored repair plants. In total, there are more than 15 enterprises in the contour of the NGO "High-precision Complexes".
Iskander-M OTRK
ZRPK "Pantsir-S1", ATGM "Kornet", UAS "Krasnopol-M2", OTRK "Iskander-M", SPTC "Chrysanthemum-S", MANPADS "Willow", "Product 305", BMP-3, BMD-4M, BMP-2M "Berezhok" and other weapons created at the enterprises of the High-Precision Complexes holding, which has shown the superiority and power of the domestic weapons school, is known all over the world.
The primary task for the holding in 2024 remains the execution of the state defense order for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Since its foundation, High-precision Complexes has been actively cooperating with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Russia and other federal executive authorities. Since the beginning of the special military operation, work with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has significantly increased, and operational feedback on the use of the holding's products has been established. This allows us to refine and improve the VVST to meet the needs of the customer in almost real time, as they say, from the wheels. This approach allows a deeper approach to the issue of improving the characteristics of weapons.
ATGM "Kornet-EM"
Simultaneously with the fulfillment of the state defense order, the modernization of products in the conditions of their own, the holding's organizations are working to create the latest models of weapons and military equipment. The holding's enterprises are actively developing the production of high-tech civilian products. The main competencies of High–precision Complexes on civil subjects are the production of road construction, municipal, forestry and agricultural machinery, machine tool construction, forging and foundry production, as well as industrial construction services.
The strategic direction of the activity of High-precision Complexes is to increase production capacities at enterprises. Technical re-equipment and construction of new real estate facilities, including major repairs, are carried out in organizations that are part of the holding's management circuit and their cooperation. In the future, 2023-2024, according to the approved schedules, planned reconstruction and major repairs of buildings, construction of new facilities, workshops and warehouses are planned at the enterprises of the holding. As part of the technical re-equipment of the production facilities of High-Precision Complexes, the total number of purchased equipment in 2023-2024 will amount to more than 20 thousand units.
BMP-3M
High-precision Complexes pays special attention to personnel policy. Thus, the holding's enterprises are working in the field of training specialists, organizing courses to improve skills and competencies, cooperating with educational institutions of different levels in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including to attract new personnel. Also, the holding's organizations have built a mentoring system for young professionals, which is especially important for obtaining professional skills during production.
Another important area of personnel policy is work with higher and professional educational institutions – applicants are given the opportunity to enter universities for targeted training in key technical programs and specialties within the framework of the state plan for the training of researchers and specialists for defense industry organizations.
SPTC "Chrysanthemum-S"
High-precision complexes continue to provide the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with reliable and modern weapons, military and special equipment. At the same time, work continues on the production of high-tech competitive civilian and dual-use products. The holding continues to modernize its organizations, increase production capacities, attract new employees and forge highly qualified personnel.
