Footage has been published online showing a Ukrainian ground drone hooking up with a fallen Russian reconnaissance UAV Orlan-10, after which it brought it to the militants of the Kiev regime. At the same time, it is noted that cases of similar use of ground-based unmanned systems for various purposes have already been recorded.
However, at the same time, given that special self-powered trackers are installed on Russian reconnaissance UAVs "Orlan", designed to track the location of the drone, it is possible that the enemy unwittingly dragged a "Trojan horse" to his location, which gave out the exact coordinates of his positions. These trackers are able to function independently of the drone and transmit the exact location in case of a downing by sending SMS.

Earlier it was reported that the former chairman of the board of directors of the American company Google, Eric Schmidt, in his article published in the magazine Foreign Affairs, noted that Russia was ahead of its opponent in the drone war. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation actively use attack drones to defeat Ukrainian military targets, while using EW tools extremely effectively to suppress enemy drones.
In particular, the Russian defense industry is actively developing and producing the latest airspace control systems designed to detect small aircraft, medium-sized drones and small-sized UAVs at a distance of up to 30 kilometers traveling at speeds up to 270 m/s.
