TSAMTO, December 29th. The enterprises of the United Aircraft Corporation (part of the Rostec State Corporation) in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Ulyanovsk fulfilled the state defense order in 2023.
Within the framework of the State Budget, new production aircraft of operational and tactical aviation Su-57, Su-35S, Su-34, Su-30SM2, Il-76MD-90A military transport aviation, as well as Yak-130 combat training aircraft were manufactured and transferred to the Russian Defense Ministry.
At the end of December, the branch of PJSC IL Aviastar handed over another IL–76MD-90A aircraft, completing deliveries this year in the interests of military transport aviation. The company increased its output by 20%.
JSC Tupolev fulfilled its obligations under the program for the modernization and production of Tu-160M strategic missile carriers, and work was also carried out on the repair of Tu-22M3 long-range aircraft.
The branch of PJSC "UAC" – NAZ "Sokol" – carried out work on the modernization of MiG-31 interceptor fighters.

Thus, the UAC enterprises in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Ulyanovsk, as part of the implementation of the State Budget in 2023, manufactured and transferred to the Russian Ministry of Defense new production aircraft of operational tactical aviation Su-57, Su-35S, Su-34, Su-30SM2, Yak-130 and military transport aviation Il-76MD-90A. I would like to note that the Coordination Council under the Government of the Russian Federation for ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies controls the solution of issues related to ensuring the needs of the Russian Armed Forces in reliable and highly efficient equipment," said Denis Manturov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation – Minister of Industry and Trade.
The most important area of work is the restoration and maintenance of serviceability of aircraft, the performance of factory repairs of aircraft equipment, units and assemblies, the purchase of new components to ensure the smooth functioning of the entire fleet of combat aircraft.
The production capabilities of the UAC enterprises fully ensure the fulfillment of all tasks.

In a number of positions, we have ensured the supply of military equipment ahead of schedule. We are ensuring the production of fifth-generation Su-57 aircraft at an increasing pace. We have increased the volume of production of military transport aircraft. We continue to fulfill the tasks of strategic aviation programs. Production volumes for tactical aircraft have been increased by 30 percent. Our multifunctional complexes show their advantages in real combat conditions. In addition, feedback from the operation allows our engineers and designers to quickly improve aviation equipment and ensure modernization at a higher technological level," said Yuri Slyusar, General Director of PJSC UAC.
In the new year, the task is to ensure the rhythmic production and supply of new aircraft, which are particularly in demand by the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as maintaining the serviceability and operational restoration of airworthiness of aircraft in the conditions of ITS implementation.
It is also planned to further increase the production of military transport aircraft, including laying the foundations for the creation of promising VTA super-heavy and light aircraft classes.
To ensure the increasing volume of production, the UAC creates conditions for attracting new personnel. In 2023, wages at UAC enterprises increased by 17% compared to last year, and in some factories more than 20%.
In 2023, the unified corporate housing program of the UAC group was launched, according to which employees can receive compensation for interest or part of the initial mortgage payment, as well as funds for rental housing.
The UAC Group increased funding for social programs by 28% in 2023. About 4.7 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes. Among the most demanded social programs by employees are voluntary medical insurance, sanatorium-resort recreation and treatment, provision of preferential meals, non-governmental pension provision, and financial assistance.
The UAC provides staff development. In 2023, more than 42 thousand employees of the corporation's enterprises underwent advanced training or retraining, which is almost every second employee.
