Ukrainian propaganda reported that the armed formations received one unit of the T-64BV1K tank of the 2022 model, which underwent "deep modernization".
As the Rossiyskaya Gazeta project - "RG: Russian Weapons" notes, some kind of cheap video camera was mounted on its 12.7 mm anti-aircraft gun, apparently purchased in a regular store.
Obsolete Soviet radio stations were replaced with NATO ones, other details appeared, such as lattice anti-cumulative screens, and small stairs in the stern.

Most of all, I was surprised by the information about the "new 840-horsepower engine". The fact is that there is no such power plant in the family of Kharkiv two-stroke engines. Therefore, it is likely that the B-84 used on the T-72 was installed on the tank, including the Czech T-72EA supplied by the APU. It is possible that this "modernization" could have been carried out in this country at the facilities of the infamous Excalibur Army company, which earns money by supplying weapons to various "hot spots" of the world.
It seems that the trend of abandoning engines manufactured in Kharkov is becoming avalanche-like, and the so-called Ukrainian tank engine building is a thing of the past.
