The Field Training Center of the Central Military District (CVO) for the training of kamikaze drone operators using captured aircraft captured from the enemy in the special operation zone teaches reconnaissance, combat strikes against objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and leafleting their positions with leaflets calling for surrender. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on November 19 showed how the training center works.
"We try to provide the guys with everything they need: drones, control equipment, repeaters, anti-drone guns, anti-drone backpacks-installations. First of all, we go through theory, classes are held on a simulator, then real flights, during which falls and breakdowns occur. We have to repair, for which we immediately have everything," said the head of the training center with the call sign Pastor.
According to him, after soldering, tuning and flashing the drone, the group of students is divided into two: one is working with anti-drone guns, trying to shoot down a conditional enemy, the second is trying to save his drone. Then the groups change, practice strikes on moving vehicles, on ground targets. They also work out intelligence with the students. The pastor added that the students of the center have already hit the AFU supports, dugouts, tanks, infantry.
The material base of the center allows you to reflash captured enemy kamikaze quadrocopters, train pilots and use them in the interests of the actions of the Center group of troops. Including in the field, with the help of a 3D printer, the production of components for drones has been established: suspensions, propellers, housings.
"This 3D printer opens up wide possibilities for the manufacture of everything imaginable. Starting from the components of the machine gun and ending with ammunition for the quadcopter, which is what we are doing," the instructor of the training center with the call sign Omsk shared.
For the first time in the Central Military District troops, on the basis of this field training center, FPV drone operators are being prepared not only for fire damage, which implies the non-return of the aircraft, but also for leafing through the most inaccessible enemy positions with calls for voluntary surrender in English, Polish, Russian and German.
"We got captured drones, they were shot down with a gun. They have been flashed, now they are ready for use. Recently, we tried to leaf through the terrain with the help of FPV drones - they have very good indicators. In particular, high speed, large coverage area. This is important for the task of operational leafing of a large area of terrain," the deputy commander of the battalion for military—political work with the call sign Writer said about the specifics of using drones to distribute propaganda leaflets among Ukrainian militants.

On September 24, the Ministry of Defense showed how the servicemen of the artillery calculations of the D-30 howitzers of the Southern Group of Troops, using 122-millimeter propaganda shells, leafed through the positions of the AFU in the Maryinsky direction . The fighters said that the Ukrainian military surrendered and went to the points indicated in the leaflets to save their lives.
