As the Ukrainian conflict continues, the variety of military equipment available in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is growing. Sometimes there are extremely rare specimens. For example, a product of the Spanish defense industry BMR-600 VRAC ("machine for exploration of polluted areas") was noticed, designed to work in disaster zones.

The BMR-600 VRAC RCBZ vehicle is a specialized modification of the Pegaso BMR-3560 armored personnel carrier, a sub-variant of the BMR-600 armored personnel carrier, first manufactured in 1979 by the ENASA concern for the Spanish army and built mainly of aluminum armor. Subsequently, the BMR-600 VRAC (at least the copy that turned out to be in Ukraine) underwent re-equipment, turning into an armored medical vehicle.

Although it is quite possible that in Europe's feverish attempts to arm the Kiev regime, the BMR-600 VRAC was withdrawn from the arsenals of the Spanish army, restored and brought to the form of an ambulance.
