Amphibious assault boat of the KS-DSHK850 project (05060)

At the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2023" in Kubinka, JSC Kostroma Shipbuilding Plant (KSMZ) presented a prototype of a small amphibious assault boat of its own design and construction, designated as project KS-DSHK850 or project 05060.

KSMZ stated that the boat is made of aluminum, the sides and the cabin are protected by composite armor. The overall length of the boat is 11.5 m, the overall width is 3.2 m, the height of the side amidships is 1.76 m. Empty displacement - 8 tons, full displacement - 11.47 tons. The average draft at full displacement is 0.68 m . The crew is two people, the landing capacity is 10 people. The boat is equipped with two YAMZ diesel engines with a capacity of 450 (according to other sources, 417) hp and two VD-07 water cannons manufactured by KSMZ. The maximum speed is 40 knots. The fuel reserve is 1200 liters.

The ship's remotely controlled combat module "Narval-P-12.7" with a 12.7mm machine gun "Cord" (manufactured by JSC NPO Elektromashina, Chelyabinsk) is used as an armament. The boat is equipped with a survey-sighting optoelectronic module "OECN-350 Cyclone", a navigation radar station "Horizon", a complex of fired interference "Octopus".
